    Berkshire Community Foundation helped us with core costs and funding employability projects.  From this, Graft was able to support 25 people to progress towards meaningful employment.

  • Big Lottery Fund

    This helped us to get our charity off the ground and to support over 300 individuals.  They also supported us with our long term sustainability plans. 

  • Bracknell Forest Council

    This contribution allowed us to fund intensive support for disadvantaged individuals in the Bracknell Forest area. 

  • BUPA

    BUPA funded support for 30 individuals with severe and enduring mental ill health. 

  • CAF

    CAF helped us with additional funding during the COVID-19 pandemic so that we could continue providing services online during the national lockdowns. 

  • Edward Gostling Foundation

    They provided funding to help us stay open during the national lockdowns and to our provide services remotely. 

  • Evadney UK

    Evadney UK created and delivered bespoke training programmes for our service users and staff development. 

  • Groundworks and ESFA

    Groundworks and ESFA funded the development and launch of our Survival Guide programmes and progression programmes. 

  • Lloyds Foundation Trust

    Lloyds Foundation Trust funded intensive, one-to-one employability support for 30 individuals with severe and enduring mental ill health. 

  • University of Reading

    The university supported us with access to their annual Internship Programme and also their Capstone Programme. 

  • People’s Postcode

    People’s Postcode funded Graft's Fusion work experience programme.  This resulted in a CIC providing supported employment opportunities. 

  • The Earley Charity

    The Earley Charity provided funding for a rolling caseload of 5 service users with focus on offenders/ex-offenders and those at risk of offending. 

  • The National Lottery Communities Fund

    The National Lottery Communities Fund has funded a number of programmes aimed at specific groups of disadvantage and improving their life chances and employment prospects.  Also, they funded Community Champions to help us to reach individuals from BAMER backgrounds. 

  • West Berkshire Council

    The West Berkshire Council funds adult community learning across West Berkshire with aim to improve the employability of disadvantaged groups. 

  • Reading Borough Council

    RBC support our Pathways to Potential project that enable neurodivergent young people aged 19-25 in Reading to build confidence, develop practical employability skills and progress into meaningful employment. Through tailored workshops, supported work experience and outreach with schools, colleges and careers events, the project helps bridge the gap between education and employment, supporting young people who might otherwise be excluded from Reading’s economic success.

  • Pathway Coaching

    Pathway Coaching provided coaching and development of staff. 

  • Individual Donations

    We have many individuals that have supported us. This includes personal regular donations, one-off gifts and those taking part in fundraising activities such as The Reading Marathon and sponsored skydive.
